This Partnership Agreement (the "Agreement") is made effective as of May 01 ,2017(the "effective Date"), by and between Hsiuchi Wang (the "Gereral Partner") and JunXiang Jin (the "silent Partner"), known collectively as the "Partners."

The Partnership's primary place of business will be 160 Elgin Street, CRU #6 , ottawa , Ontario , K2P 2M3. The Silent Partner shall not participate in or interfere in the operation of the Partnership and are not restricted from engaging any other business or from entering into any other partnerships.合伙人同意默契合伙人在合伙关系中应“沉默”。沉默的合伙人不得参与或干涉合伙企业的经营，不得限制从事其他业务或进入其他合伙企业。The Silent Parnter shall not be personally liable for any debts or other obligations of the partnership.沉默的合伙人不得对合伙企业的债务或其他义务承担个人责任。VII.PROFITS AND LOSSES.损益。All partners, including the Silent Partner , shall share all item of income , gain, loss, deduction, or credit equally. Profits and losses shall be computed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, consistently applied.所有合伙人，包括沉默的合伙人，都应平等地分享所有的收入、收益、损失、扣除或信贷。利润和亏损应按照公认会计原则计算，并始终适用。IN WITNESS WHEREOF , this Agreement has been executed and delivered by all Partners in the manner prescribed by law as of the Effective Date.
